The food and prices are excellent but the service, although very friendly is lacking and inefficient. We had to ask multiple times for our drinks, wine and water to be delivered. It feels more like an event location that opens to public when it suits. Shame, as we have recently moved to the area and were hoping this would be a regular.

Ordered seafood platter, the food tastes good and fresh, and the window seat has perfect view, however, I have to say the service is all a mess. Our drinks were neglected until we mentioned again, at the time that we almost finished everything. Four persons, two of us ordered drinks, on the receipt there are five beverages: three unknown items, only found this after we came home. The dishes are good but such service is really disappointing.

What a perfect venue! My husband and I held our wedding reception here and could not have been happier. Gabrielle looked after us so well and all of the staff were fabulous! The food was so delicious and the drinks range was so vast (which we were so happy with). Our guests had such a wonderful time. The ocean views were amazing. It was so memorable and we are so happy that we can go back for beautiful lunches and dinners and remember our wonderful day. I highly recommend this place and we are so happy we celebrated here with our friends and family.

Andrea, I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Gabrielle, Holly, the Lucia Team and yourself. You made our birthdays and our guests a night to remember. The whole process from the very beginning to the end of the night nothing was an issue, late changes etc your assistance has been nothing short of amazing. Everyone commented on the great food they were served on the night, absolutely delicious. The night just flew by we just didn’t want it to end. Thank you very much for a memorable night celebrating! Incredible cuisine, truly exceptional Service, unfortunately, falls short Atmosphere and decor, utterly unappealing. Despite the lackluster service and terrible atmosphere, this place would still receive a single star if it weren't for the incredible food. Let me tell you, the Italian dishes served here are absolutely amazing. Food definitely 5 stars Upon arrival, we were completely ignored and the staff seemed disorganized, frantically running around to set things up. The service was definitely deserving of only one star. The atmosphere was absolutely dreadful. The decor was so dull and uninspiring that it felt like we were dining in a plain hall. The acoustics were horrendous, making it impossible to have a conversation without shouting. To make matters worse, there were too many parties crammed into one room, and an unsightly, massive air conditioning unit right in the middle of it all. If only they could improve the decor and provide impeccable service, this restaurant would undoubtedly be a five-star establishment

We recently held our wedding at this beautiful venue. The staff were amazing and food fantastic. Everyone who attended commented on what a beautiful venue it was how much they enjoyed the evening. We cannot thank the management and Staff of Lucia's enough for working with us and helping to make our wedding that little bit more special. A special thank you to both Gabrielle and Holly.

I had my birthday celebration here and the entire planning process was so smooth and easy. I’m incredibly grateful for the team answering all my questions and willing to help in any way. My guests and I had an amazing night and I got endless compliments on the venue and the food. We are all keen to dine here again, thank you again!
